to get volume control on the taskbar

whenin multiamedia in window 98 i click chekbox 'show volume control on the taskbar meassage is window cannot display the volume control on the taskbar because the volume control has not been installed.to install it use add/remove prog.in control.pl help.i was having it just 10 minutea ago
