A house too big for us..

before our house had 3 rooms. for my parents, me and my sister and a room for my brother. but last 2 years ago. My parents renovated the house. they made it bigger coz our family is getting bigger. my sister and brother started their new family. since they just starting with their family, they still stayed here at our house. but after couple of months, when our house was already finished for its renovation, my sister's family got their own house. so my parents, brother's family and i were left at the house. still its a big family. everyday is still the same since my nieces filled the house with noise. lolz. just this afternoon, my brother and his family left to go to live to their own house. i don't feel the sadness yet. but i do feel that our house is so quiet.
now this big house is left for me and my mom to live. (sigh..)
i know they will come back here for sometime, specially we have an occasion to celebrate.. i'll get used to this situation sooner or later.. i know i have to accept that this is part of life, part of the story of a family..

It's still good to have that big house. When your brother and your sister would come to visit together with their whole families, you would definitely be glad you have all that space. But while they're away, well, you will have to bear with that silence in your home... maybe when you have your own family you will all live with your mom!

Yeah. It is hard when you get used to more people living in your house and then some of them move out. I know my house will feel empty also if my daughter ever decides to move out too.

i build a house for my parents but the only people left their are my mom and dad with my two younger brother and sister. 3 bedrooms and a guest room but my little brother now 11 years old and little sister 13 years old want to sleep with my mom and dad because they are both afraid alone. that house is to big for them. i only go home once a year.

Thats pretty cool that you live in a big house. Just think when your brother comes to visit with his family there will be plenty of room for everyone to stay. Nobody has to double up or find something to sleep on.
