Panasonic camera NVGS33EB driver

Hi We are a team of NHS Speech & Language Therapists - use camera regualarly for feedback to clients. Have a problem with archiving data because video is too bulky. Didn't realise til recently that the Camera should have come with software so that we could burn DVDs for records. Now of course, camera is discontinued and Panasonic don't seem to be able to help. Anyone out there got the relevant software we could borrow/buy? would be most grateful Fi -

you should check the website of panasonic and find the model of you camera,

OK - so now we've tried the website Twice - the model is no longer listed!

I think you need to go and have a look at the Panasonic web site, they should have the drivers listed there for you to download. Try http://www.panasonic.com

Did try that before starting the discussion - will have another go, but didn't come up with anything, only that it is discontinued
