someone help...I beleive that someone is using phone recording software on my phone, who can i contact, how do i find out?

do you mean you think your phone line is tapped or you are being monitored? what kind of software are you talking about? there are many ways of telling what is happening to your phone line let me know what is going on abd I nay be able to help you better
