It made me so sad to see what she wrote...below
Age: 16
I love to live life spontaneously
and i hate to be alone.
life is better in the summer
i am addicted to coffee
and summer concerts
im kinda a hippy
i listen to 60's music
i love life
and am terrified of snakes and dieing
i have made alot of stupid decisions
but i dont regret a single thing
get to know me
It hurts to think of this little girl being afraid to die and having to so soon!
Say a prayer and hug your loved ones hard!

I was once a regular visitor to the blog of a young woman who passed away several years ago. She was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer. I certainly could not imagine such a cruel twist of fate descending upon such a happy-go-lucky, lively, energetic, happy, and seemingly successful person such as she seemed to be. If her blog entries were any indication, she dealt with her illness remarkably well - I don't think most people facing such an uncertain future could continue to still find joy in life as she did, which was a true gift from God, I think. She went into remission for about six months, as I recall, but the cancer returned thereafter, eventually taking her life. Her blog page still remains online as sort of a memorial to her. But even now, it's a real shocker. I still can't believe it and will find myself visiting her site occasionally in hopes of some sign of life.
I go through similar emotions every time I come across a site, profile, or some other webspace once occupied by a seemingly typical young person who has since passed on. In this day and age, you really get to know some people so well (or at least feel like you know them almost) due to the possibilities the Internet has brought about, so sometimes looking at MySpace pages such as this one does make you feel it more personally and make you want to count your blessings a little bit more.
My heart goes out to this girl's friends and family.

Oh gosh that just breaks my heart, the little girl saying she is afraid to die and like some cruel cosmic joke she does die.

hi raydene! She is a girl full of life and I guess, who would ever thought that her time here on earth will be short. I guess, I would also do the same thing because I will always feel sad whenever I would read her byline in myspace. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day!
