need some help using easy populate

Here is the problem I am on a website using oscommerce and they use a eazypopulate to get the products into your store and I am having all kinds of problems on getting it work to right files to upload and once we get the file inthere the ezpopulate still is not working right,does anyone have any experience using easy populate and if you do could you please send me a message, I am really at my ends-wit with this, there forum does not help and if there is someone that designs websites or have worked with this please need your help.
