Earth Day?

I personally think that we should not wait for a particular day to think about saving our earth or living green. Every day we should do whatever we can do to go green, does not matter how small the approach is, it will bring a big change when we all do small things to save the earth. I always do recycling, use a big bag made from cloth to bring my grocery. Those carry bag, people use to bring grocery helps so much in polution. I carry my water with me. We waste energy and rise polution so much by buying water bottles. I request to all Mylot friend, please do whatever you can to save our earth. Never think that the small thing you are doing is not going to change anything. If we all think like that situation will never change, it will get worse.

Hello dear Ohara. I did not know the exact date of Earth Day, but I do think that it helps a lot to protect our mother earth from global warming because this special day calls on us humans to pay more attention to the care of the earth. The more people are aware of the protection of the earth, the less contamination the earth will suffer and the better time we will enjoy our living on the earth with a clean and well-protected earth. So absolutely people's sense of protecting the earth will enable us to well protect the earth from global warming. Thank you.

I didn't attend any earth day celebration this year. I used to attend whatever programs they had at the kids' schools. Usually they planted a tree and did some sort of craft project that featured recycling. I think all the emphasis on global warming is helping. WalMart had a big deal on earth day environmentally friendly products this year for instance - florescent low energy light bulbs very cheap, recycled t shirts, Eco friendly cleaning products were in the aisles. Kind of positive.
