Fuel refinery strike..are you affected?

One of the main UK petroleum byproducts refineries in the UK,at Grangemouth,Scotland,is considering strike action tomorrow.News reports have suppliers putting up Prices of fuel before a shortage has even occurred! what would you think of this?
