analising criticism with a +ve stroke and confidence gives you the ability to judge correctly.
in my opinion there are diff. ways to take criticism:
i) ACCEPT it, just wait and ask yourselves whether this is worth it or not. If yes then accept it and u can convey a message that yes u r correct and it is my fault.
ii) DENY it, it means u have a different opinion on the subject. Say if someone tells u ur performance is slow. you can reply maybe today the performance might have been slow but that is not a routine.this way you convey that u r aware of ur responsibilities.
iii) Draw a LIMIT, this way one can convey others how to respond on you. for if someone says u are not capable of this, you reply may be i am inexperienced but that doesnt question my intellegence and potentials.
iv) A MIXED RESPONSE, when there is a confusion about it and there ain't an option for discussion. and lastly
v) SHUT IT STRAIGHT DOWN, this way you will be able to buy some time for a proper response and often paying no attentions kills criticism.

Hi,
If there is no criticism U can't rectify UR mistake URself.By critising one can know his mistakes & he should rectify rhe same.Criticism may be positive or negative. But accept the criticism in positive manner. If ther is no critism , the word critic U never found in dictionary.

Most criticism can be taken with a grain of salt. It is just like business as usual and it should not effect our preformance in our daily duties.
But when a friend or loved one uses criticism on us it has a different effect.
We feel it stronger and it hurts when it is from someone we respect. This is constructive criticism and should be heeded.
If you are right you are right but sometimes we need some outside criticism to bring us back to reality.
