I am having trouble understanding swat cash am I just an idiot I have read alot of reviews about this site an they are all positive but I am lost at that site

If you are not able to understand the site and find it to be interesting then simply join it and start joining the programs in the site and you can get the start you need. I also tried to join the site but it was not able to load properly in my browser so i am not able to join it.

Have you tried logging in recently? There was a glitch that stopped some people from using the world map, but they fixed it. And if you still can't use the site, log into the forums and get help. It will be time well spent.
