being stress out...

its been 3 nights in which my husband informed me that ive been snoring again(i really dont snore)...for me when i snore its means im stressed out during the day..snoring for me is one of the signs of being stressed which means i had to take a break and take it slowly..and thats what im gonna do..go out and do some window shopping or just relax and see some dvds..what about you? how can you detect that you are already stress out?

i know that i am stressed out if i am not smiling that often specially upon waking up and i find it hard for me to be up and about. i would also sense that i am breathing hard during the day. i would suggest that you stop from worrying too much of every little thing that is where we get stressed out. remember that everythng has a reason for everything. let it go , let things be even for a while and start telling yourself that everything will be alright. there'e no use crying over spilled milk, we just have to find solution to clean it up. do not worry too much about the future , it has not happened yet nor it is not happening now. the more you negatively think about the future the more it will become. the mind works that way so do things in the present, set your past behind and your future aside. i will assure you that a difference in perspective will help you in the long run if not , immediately. have a very good and happy day!

i guess your right too much worrying over nothing or whatever may it be is so stressful ...thanks for the good opinion and sharing your ideas on this..i really appreciate it and makes me atleast view thing differently...

just don't give up. instead of worrying of things that stresses you out, work on ways on how to be happier.always look on the brighter side of things even though it's isn't as bright. there are necessary evils that we need to thread on.try smiling every now and then to yourself and you will see a different world.

oh my you should relax more. When I'm stressed usually my temper skyrockets and my tummy hurts and my face is always frowning. I can't think or be of any use when I'm stressed, so when I'm stressed I usually have a 2 hour massage session and a venti of mocha frap from starbucks.. that gets destressed and I'm able to be more productive. :)

I could detect that I am already stressed out if I have very little patience with everything and everybody else. that is the time that I would really go out of my way to jog and sweat it out in gym or track. the best way for me to remove all the stress is to really exercise and watch some movies and maybe cook some good food and take it easy with my children for a day or two.

I know I am stressed out when I get my ecezema relapse. Nothing will stop it and I will scratch till I bleed. There really isn't anything I can do to stop feeling stressed out since the cause is usually because of a person I have to come in contact with. I just have to live through the itchy phase till I am over and done with the person.

that was strange
