do not flash your headlights!

Hi all I would like to inform everyone that the gang the bloods here in Massachusetts has a new annisiation. When you are driving and see someone with thier headlightS off or high beams on please for gods sake do not flash them with yours. The first person that flashes the gang member will cause the gang member to turn around chase down the car and kill everyone in it. ALL PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT. The notice came to my house today from my 7 years school from the State police. This is real.
What on earth is this world coming too?

oh my God! I can never understand how people could bring themselves to do such things, gang or not.I think these people are born evil, you have to be to do that.I mean when I was young I could be talked into alot, but never that, not even if I would be killed.I would rather lose my life than kill an innocent.

We had the same notice spreading around here in the Philippines. In fact, I got hold of a copy of notice sometime last year. It really caused a lot of people to panic considering that there were a lot of news about gang wars and the like. About a week or so after this news spread around, the Philippine National Police came up with a statement to tell people that this message actually came from another country and was forwarded to people through emails. They mentioned in their statement that there is really no reason for people to panic. Nonetheless, they reminded people to be careful anyway.
