Majority ple are borned poor and always hoped to strike it big and become rich.. But how rich is rich?? Winning millions of lottery and buying and staying in new houses, driving new cars?? Once u have all that, u will be in the same league as the millionaires.. But the problem is, are u able to sustain that kind of rich life?? WIll u be humble enough to work as usual, in the same line like b4??
Will u be eating the same food or u've got greater appetite now for more expensive food??
Will u be able to treat your frenz the same way like b4??
SO if we were to stop working just because of that millions won, how long can it sustain your temporary rich life style?? With money keep going out and no income, do u consider yourself to be rich in this way??

As you have summed it all, it's just temporarily and however rich a person is, if they are not smart in managing the money, they might lose it forever.
When a person strike rich, it should not change the way they are but in fact could make use the money and do good deed with it than letting the money controls them.
Moreover they have been surviving without that much before so why now unable to and invite more problems later...lol.
A person don't have to be rich to get rich, it's the way the money is being managed and smart spending. And having envy and 'kiasu' attitude would be very difficult no matter how rich a person has, it will always be not enough.
If I ever get rich, I would still be me and make sure my money is well managed, be my own boss and help the needy.

It will be a dream come true to be able to work for yourself and own self establishment no matter how small it is.
It's just the normal path for progress as we move on , not in a way become sloppy about the money in hand, spend unwisely and showing it off.
And then I could retire early too 'close shop' and pursue other interest :)

If I suddenly became wealthy, I would stay that way because I wouldn't change my lifestyle much. I would invest the money and it would keep growing. I would take part of it and create some sort of non-profit foundation to help people but the rest of it would just continue to grow. I might take a vacation once a year but that's the only thing in my life that would change.
