When someone is losing weight and have no appetite to eat, it always almost signal something is not right with their health. But do not be alarmed, there could be so many reasons and explanation for this too. But what do you think if someone who is on a diet and yet still gaining weight. Try as they might, the weight just keep on coming back. Do you think there is underlying sickness in them? Could it be genetic?

its all of when you work out and when you eat! the best time for you to work out is early in the morning. also when you wake up and work out dont eat anything till 30 mins after your work out(because your glucose levels are at its lowest and your metabolism will burn nothing but your body fat during the workout) and once you do eat your metabolism will increase because the food is being use as fuel by the already grown metabolism. when you work out dont do cardio first always do weight training and then cardio! work out 3 times a week and watch what you eat for three months (mean by portions and not what you eat)you'll see an extreme difference!
