It’s time for me to look at any improvements I might need to make here at MyLot. I’ve been on here for around a year and I’ve started my share of discussions as well as responded to a couple thousand. I want to hear from other members if there are any areas that I need to work on improving in. I’m not wanting praise or flattery but rather constructive criticism…I want to be a good MyLotter and part of that is working on improving any areas that need it.
So, lets here it? Do I need to cut back on starting discussions? Are my discussions interesting? Are they well formed and thought out? Am I too opinionated? Are my responses too short? Am I falling short on replying to everyone fast enough? Do you look forward to my discussions or dread them?

I don't think there is anything wrong with your discussions. You could write a lot of nonsense, but I'd still respond. I love your Kitty Cat avatar so I know when I see it, I'm going to be given some food for thought.

I have responded to some of your discussions and I see nothing wrong with them. I find them interesting and something I can respond to which is always a plus for me.

dont kno wabout any one else but I do enjoy your post now I have had a couple I might have passed up if I didnt have anything to add to it or that I could relate too. and I have dont his one others to If I cant add or relate to somehitng I by pass it. as for coming back with answers you are of I have had some go back and answer dsomething from 4 to 5 months ago so just keep doing what ya are doing!

Methinks you're too self-conscious about your mylot efforts. You make many people think quite often with your conversations, and you, yourself, expand with every topic you put out there...

Well I think you're doing just great. I haven't been on for awhile because I've been out of the state for job training. But when I do come on mylot, your conversations tend to peak my interest first.
I'm not very good at starting conversations, so I enjoy when someone can!

I found that most of your discussions are quite good though I have only ever had a couple of response from you-perhaps you do get behind a bit making so many discussions sometimes-littleowl

I try not to worry so much about my content. When I post a discussion it is usually about something that is happening in my life. Whenever I get responses from people even if it is just a line or two, they are appreciated. As long as the response is relevant to the discussion that is what matters most.
Keep posting your little heart out twoey. Whenever I come across your discussions, if I can find something to say I leave a line or two. If I can't find the words, I would rather not leave a response. I do however leave a positive rating.

I've got nothing bad to say- I must admit when I open my e-mail I look for your discussions first. You post interesting topics that grab my interest and make it easy for me to reply.
I don't see what you respond to- But I think you are doing a great job--- maybe start more interesting discussions for me to respond to every day!

I think that i am able to answer quite a few of your discussions.I have really not paid any attention as to if you have to many or if you are opinionated..This is a good sign,if you had been a bad mylotter,i would not even have to think about it..I have failed to answer some but it was because i did not know about whatever you were discussing,and maybe i could not add anything..I have no problem with you..I think you are a very good mylotter....I would tell you if i had a problem,now that you ask,but no I don't see anything you are doing wrong..I am happy being on your friends list..I cannot say that about everyone....

In my opinion, your discussions are very interesting and you seem to discuss different types of topics ,so it doesn't get boring ,but try to make the discussion shorter since sometimes some of your discussions are just too long to read. Also, it would be nice if you respond to people since they took the time to respond to your discussions.

I believe that I have responded to at least 75% of your discussions and would have responded to all of them if I had the time.. I am always running behind on my responses.. I think that you do start some of the better discussions on Mylot and that isn't just being flattering.. I like for the discussions to be fairly short, to the point, interesting, informative, (give me enough so that I will know what I am responding to), and check for typos.. I am the worlds worst at typos, but I do check and try not to let many get by me.. But, when I can't understand what I am supposed to be discussing because of the typos, then I don't respond.. As long as it is interesting, then you will continue to do well on Mylot.. Good Luck and have a great day..

I think you are doing just fine with starting and responding to dicussions twoey. I have come across a few of your discussions and I think they are worded just fine and to the point. I think if you just be yourself you will see your discussions will be just fine. At least we can understand what you are trying to say when you start or respond to a discussion where some others I have a hard time trying to even follow what they are saying in their discussions when starting one. Keep up the good work.

Actually Twoey, I enjoy your discussions very much. The only problem I have is that I can not get to them all. LMAO Some critique HUH? I hit the ones I can, and when I miss one and I see you have 80 responses already to the one I missed I leave it be, Honestly you are alot of fun! don't fret it.
