Yay! Tomorrow will be our third volleyball game!

i can't help but be worried about our upcoming third game tomorrow. we haven't won any games so far and its kinda embarrassing and frustrating! we could have won the first two games according to a lot of people, they say it was our own mistakes and not because our opponents were good that we lost those games. i personally think its because most of our guy teammates are so hot-blooded! they are usually too powered up that it leads to errors. well, we girls don't contribute much too since the guys always take care of the game. i just wish we could all calm down. we're always too tensed during a game. ^__^;;
anyway, i just wish we can win at least one game. i'm not used with being in a loser team. 
although i'm having fun playing volleyball, it would be more fun to eat the icing of the cake and that would be winning!

Play well and u will win.. hehe ^_^ Guys will always be guys, hot blooded and always think they can win the game on their own, thinking gals will make it worse and lose the game instead.. LOL ^_^ So go for it, secret.. Win it and prove to your guy team mates that they are wrong.. haha

we really did go for it. but i guess our best wasn't good enough. *sigh* we lost again kun. and it could have been an easy win again. our team is so pathetic. our coach is bringing us down.

we don't even practice kun. ^__^;; we used to practice before the sportsfest started. but ever since it started, we stopped practicing. and I don't know why. we used to have time for it. I guess that's one reason. and another thing is we don't even have a play. our coach really sucks.

Dun be sadz.. Maybe your team just dun have enough time to pratice together as a team.. PLus, maybe most of them are getting stage fright.. hehe ^_^ So it's their fault, not yours.. And dun worry, it's not that your team din put in your best, it's just that the other teams are much stronger and united as compared to your team.. Dun be despair, there will always be a chance again ^_^ hehe

thanks john. we only have two games left. i hope we can win at least one. not hope, wish. but i'm already okay with losing. i just want to enjoy every bits of playing the game. that's what i was after the time i decided to be part of the team.

I think it's in the nature of men. Men always wanted to come out on top or win, so expect them to be very intense and competitive when pertaining to games. Maybe you should try to cheer them up and advise them psychologically how important this game will be for the team. Remind them also to just concentrate in the games and never lose their temper. Use your charisma to get them going. Hope that your team could finally break through with this game and made it on the win board.

i was never able to give them a piece of my mind. i was one of those who doesn't get to talk and i got distracted with one of the opponents who targeted me with his spiked serve. *sigh* we lost again. oh well, what's new.

No worries secretbear, for not winning the game.. The enthuse and the ambition to win the game will definitely lift your team spirits up, in coming games, and do post here a topic after you win a match in a convincing margin 15-1; 15-2, 15-0.

I couldn't start another discussion about our match. we lost it again. it could have been okay for us like the first two games because we gave a good performance. but yesterday was a bad bad bad game. we didn't have any play and we were not able to give all our best because of our coach's mistakes. he sucks big time.@secretbear (19448)

thanks ohara. i guess it takes more than luck wishes for us to win. we had a very bad game today. we never reached the third set. we lost on the first two sets. its really frustrating. many people are saying we should change our coach because that's where the problem is.

Any sports participation should be about having fun and improving on skills, not about winning or losing. Giving it your best shot, no matter the outcome, means you are already a winner.
Hope you had a great time. Might be time for you ladies to start taking over from the men! lol. Girl power all the way

You play volleyball then do you? That is one game that I have never played and I think that I have had a go of it once a long time ago. Hope you do well though and have lots of fun, and that you win.

I kno how to play the game. ut only the basics of it. I don't know any special techniques. ^__^;; I don't know to spike, how to block from the net, I don't even jump that high. but according to some people i'm good at receiveing the ball. but I don't know that myself. ^__^;; anyway, I hope I can really have fun and I won't be a burden to my teammates. thank you gemini_rose.
