do you think collagen is good for anti aging process?

im wondering if collagen is really good for anti aging process..some people today are getting crazy about collagen,,specially it works for wrinkles..what do you think?

I personally wouldn't waste my money. The lastest in anti ageing and wrinkle preventative is to use Waitrose baby nappy rash cream and at £2.49 a tube that is far better value for money I think. Also if it is delicate enough for a babies bottom it is delicate enough for the face. I think healthy living and drinking water are just as good for skin than anything. Ellie :D

Collegen is good for the fight agaist ageing, but it has to come from inside of you, I don't think it really does anything applied externally. Taking a vitamin supplement that includes things like like Silicone will help your body producte the collegen that your skin needs. You should still moistureize your skin from the outside, and collegen cream certainly can't hurt, but make sure you are getting enough from inside you.
