Yes I do believe that, boys do it all the time here in Canada and break a girl's heart. Sometimes it is hard to trust people when they do things like that.

It is always good or right to say I LOVE YOU to a person when you really trully feels it. For other reasons, it is always bad and unfair to the person involved.
