Power 90X Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

I recently hit the big 4 0. I've seen the Power 90 infomercial and I'd like to scrap all the paid testimonies and get some real answers. Have you tried it? Does it work? I don't have a spare tire to get rid of, more like a 10 speed tire, but I'd like to have a workout that I can do and get some results. I had a hip replacement a couple of years ago and its hindered my athletic approach. Help if you can.

Well now, you must be 42ish? LOL Sorry I avoid infomercials they are so bad and I haven't heard of the 90X. But, did you notice it really doesn't have a catchy name? I mean who can forget the "Slap Chop"?

I'm 41. The P90X infomercial was about the only one that I liked and the program worked for me. Its a kick for those who hit 40 because we slow down and still need to work out. Thanks for responding Zephyr.

Thanks, this discussion is pretty old and I did the P90X challenge. It worked.
