Where does everyone see themselves in five years?

In a perfect world I would have accomplished several of my major dreams. And I would be happily consumed with all the blessings of life. But unfortunatly I feel in five years the world will to shattered beyond repair and everyone will be tstruggling to make ends meet.

I'm pregnant and engaged right now, so in five years I'm hoping to be a very happily married mama! Five years is a long time, so there might even be two babies in the future for me by then. I hope that in five years from now, I have had time to figure out what it is exactly that I'd like to do with the rest of my life, career-wise.
