Anyone else heard of this? Do you know what kind of brush to use? could i use a hair brush? and Do you do it? does it really help?
I wanna start doing it if it'll help tighten my skin up.
because i'm not sure if i'm starting to get loose skin or if its just more fat i have left to lose. I've lost 100lbs so far and I weigh i think close to or am 160 and i'm 5'8 and i'm still losing about 6-10lbs every month.

How are you losing the weight? I lost a bunch a couple years ago and I have 40 more to go but it's awfully SLOW!! Any tips?
Sorry I have no idea about skin brushing.

I do A LOT of walking and working.
i do about 3 hours of exercise a day but i do it through out the day in 40-30-20 min sets.
I don't drink soda but never really have
i drink loads of water and i eat fruit a lot of the times for lunch. i'm not hungry after dinner anymore so i don't eat after dinner. i don't watch my cals too much. I just try not to go over 2000 a day. I still eat cookies and junk
but I don't eat half the box when i eat them now lol i'll limit myself to like 4-5 at a time.
and as far as tips.. only thing i can think of is if you aren't.. then start walking a couple times a week or daily if you can for 20-40mins.. or just whatever you can do and then work your way up to at least 20-30mins.

I was afraid you'd say that..I can't walk very long, 3 minutes tops, before my back hurts so badly I have to sit down. When I shop, it helps to take a cart to lean on. So walking is out. I have scoliosis, bad discs and arthritis in my back, ouch!
Congrats on the weight loss, keep up the good work! Being so tall, you must look great right now!

Have you tried swimming? That's really great for weight loss too.
That's what my mom does because she has bad back problems as well but when she goes swimming she says it helps her back a lot and she lost some weight by doing it a couple times a week for 30mins. she would walk in the pool from side to side.

I have never heard of skin brushing to tighten your skin, I guess the stimulation could make your skin tighten. I know you can get skin brushes for exfiliating - try a chemist or beauty shop, I don't think a hair brush would be quite the same. Congrats on your fantastic weight loss - I hope I have as much success as you have!
