This is one of the white/blue pansy's in a flower pot in my front yard on one of the shepards hooks. It is standing at attention awaiting Mother Natures command to open up to soak up the sun and grow taller. I love the looks of this shot as it looks like a piece of cloth bunched up about to unravel.

That is really gorgeous! How fun will it be when you go out one day and it is in full bloom! You have such a green thumb. Were you always into gardening? I wish I had your talent. Some of my neighbors grow some flowers on their concrete slab they call a patio, but I think I would just kill something if I tried to grow it.

Thanks. When I was a runaway with the carnival at 13 I did the midway flower pots etc. So yes I have always loved gradening and or flowers.

I am serious. Actually WAY back in all my discussions are a couple about my life as a runaway carnie.

That is a very lovely photo of a pansy... have you thought of publishing your photo's... it can be like a coffee shope item... you take a lot of beautiful images... and they should be shown for the whole world to see... not that they are not being viewed by the mylot community of course...

Hi GRANDPA BOB! Wow, that looks very pretty. I do like the color and do take another shot of it when it has already bloomed fully. And I can't wait to see everything in your garden to be in full bloom. I am sure your garden will be frequented by beautiful butterflies by then.
Take Care and Happy Mylotting! God Bless!

Nice pic, Bob. It would be really cool if you could take several photos as it is opening in stages, sorta like time elapsed photography.
I've got irises ready to pop out all over. I should try something like that with them.

Shepherds hooks are just about the greatest inventions for gardens.. I do love to see a basket of hanging flowers spilling out all over the pot and trailing down the sides of it.. I also love to watch a flower opening and starting to bloom.. I used to have a huge Asparagus Fern and it fascinated me to no end to watch them open.. Grandpa, I think that Spring has sprung.. Good luck with the flowers..

I have either 3 or 4 Shepards hooks out front. Many types of flowers will be in them soon. Right now just one small pot of Pansy's is all.
Here's another of my pansy's in the pots. Enjoy.
