two issue's i have a 2003 range rover hse #1 my car sat for year 1/2 and now it making lifter sounds klack..klack..in the morning's when the car is cold don't make the sound only when the car get hot #2 my fuel pump has just stop working for some strange reason...any idea's anyone??

I hope someone comes with the right diagnosis but I doubt very much if I should trust someone I don't see to determine what is wrong with your car, which he has not seen. Still, this is a very good issue and somebody could make a website where you can ask questions like these and be given professional answers.
