Sweet Dairy (Dried) Whey

What do I do with it? I know that whey is one of the bi products from making cheeses... I picked up some dried Sweet Dairy Whey powder at what I thought was a superb price (29cents a pound) but I have no idea what to do with it. Can it be used as a milk substitute in cooking or drinking? Do I reconstitute it the same as I would powdered milk? anyone have any experience in using this product?
