Yeah yeah yeah, am putting together my website. What i am doing is having a month contest for all members. It is going to be a pay it forward contest. Ever since I saw the movie i thought what can I do to pay it forward that would really effect people. so I think my website is going to be a start. Have you ever paid it forward for a stranger? If you don't know what that phrase means, it is when you do something nice for a random stranger. When was the last time you paid it forward? if you could do it what would you do?

I never considered it as 'pay it forward', although the concept is about the same. When we find families who are less fortunate than we are, I contact a friend of mine (to keep the recipient from knowing who does it). I give my friend $100.00 to go to the grocery store to buy food. Because she (my friend) knows how to budget shop and buy the best bargains, she spends the money wisely. Then, she takes the groceries to the family and tells them the groceries are from people who care. In all the times I've been involved in this kind of activity, only one family found out I am the one who did it. Otherwise, the groceries are a gift from God. With my life being as blessed as it is, it's the least I can do for people who don't have it as good as we do. There are a number of things we do like this. I think it's just 'doing our part' for those who are living through rough times. What a world it would be if other people could do it too. I'm all for 'paying it forward'.

I always pay it forward. I don't question people in need. Last time it happen 3 weeks ago in Europe. I don't want to explain what I did. Maybe because I am not doing it for my gratification. Nice to know that you start website about paying it forward.

hey Pola! good to see you around. I think the whole concept is just one that impowers people to be selfless. to do something for someone with nothing given in return. I mean the reward of joy is more then enough. I would love to start a movement of paying it forward, but if I can start one person to do it, then the movement will begin!

I did not really know what pay it forward meant until you explained it to me. I have always paid it forward for other people. It would be nice if it ever happened for me. I do it for friends and for family. I just did it again a couple of days ago. I help people whenever and however I can. When is your website going to be ready and what will it be used for?

I was raised to be a lady in the old fashioned sense of the word. So I know all about paying it forward and have been practicing that most of my life. It's amazing the changes in people I've seen because of it. So post the link to your website and I'll check it out.

I was paid forward by a total stranger once. It's a small amount, but I felt that since I had got the money, and he trusted me,then I should get the work done as quickly as possible. That was kind of motivation. You know, when you are trusted by a total stranger, then I just need to prove that I wouldn't betray that trust. By the way, what is it about your website? Is is open for members around the globe?
