i have been married for 26yrs now having 4 kids 2 are professionals and 2 still schooling.my husband belongs to media,assigned on provinces having 4 radio stations taken cared of.we rarely see each other because he stays away from home for 3 to 4 months and stays with us for less 2 weeks after.i had my trust and confidence with him.kids look up to him that he's even idolized being a man of principles.my daughter is having a position in her job.an operations manager at that and my other kid an artist.we never ceased telling them the value of friendship,relationship towards anyone,and respect.being responsible in life.all was going well.i thought i have a very good life and relationship,being proud of being a mom and a wife.it's against all odds as it seemed.i gained respect from my fellows,especially from my husband's colleague.that until one day i felt my world turned upside down,when my husband who serves as mediaman for 27 yrs went home for an emergency.he was advised to report to his head office for some problems.he then follow what was instructed to him and went home almost fainting,and shedding tears which surpised me so much.he told me he's gonna lose his job,because he was accused of corruption and having another woman.it shocks me.i can't believe it.fo almost 4 yrs that he has been into a discreet relationship with someone younger than his daughter,it's devastating.i wanted to die.i was so sad and felt so bad because i was the last to know.kids were so frustrated esp my eldest daughter who made his dad an example of a man with principles,indispensable.we felt so sad of the reputation.my son won an international tshirt painting on internet,my daughter given the promotion for a job well done,featured on daily news,,,and their dad featured on internet for such a grieve accussations.his trusted person on all matters squealed.he never trust me fully well as he did to his "confidante'".and his downfall.now we try to understand him.he is just human.it creates pain in our hearts,but love and respect will prevail.we need to move on,we need to help hand in hand.after all,we still are family,and has to take care of our relationships,,,keeping it intact,no matter what.
