See, now-a-days it become a very big business.. because all the consultancy will call a guy, asking for Bio data, they will collect the bio datas.
all the Consultances join to gether to share there Bio datas, and sent to the company whos having the requiments, they will call for an interview for 50 people, for the seat of 2.
This is very horrible know..
So, its better to know the canditate, that in which area is he specialist, and if the company needs those specialisation you can sent the people those who are specialised in those field.
for example, if any company ask for the person haveing a Degree of Commerce with the experience in the field of "Import and export", you can send those people having the experience in the import and export, but not to send all the b.com people, or b.com in the financial accounting experice guys..
If you will do like that, this may be the right HR consultant.
