How Often Do You Exercise?

I have slowed down my exercise regime a few months ago. I walked regular but recently I became a bit concerned because I would become dizzy when I walk.
So I stopped but would like to resume it again.
I have gained a few excess pounds and have to get rid of it.

Yeah I haven't been exercising in a while now. It's not because I've become dizzy but because i've been busy with other stuff. I'll probably try and get two days or three in this week. I actually haven't gained any pounds to tell you the truth and I am really happy.

Yeah I snack like crazy too. But ever since I've changed the way I eat and exercising I don't gain weight too crazy. These past four days I've been eating like crazy. Two Starbucks Ice Cream Mocha Frappucino bars and regular coffee ice cream, wafers, chips, chocolate. It's like crazy but thank god I haven't been eating too much. I wish you the best and I hope that when you start gain you don't get dizzy.
I put my mother to walk on my treadmill and the first time she did it she got dizzy. She didn't want to do it again but I forced her to. Because if you fall of a horse you should get back on. So she got back on and did it, we are taking it slow like always and I am increasing the amount of time that she does it.

ileft excercising an year ago but have resumed it now as i have my vacations.I feel it is necessary a i lose my self confidence and start gaining weight.

I have been unable to excercise for the past five months due to an injury to my foot. I have gained and lost weight. Now that I am able to get around a little better I do plan on exercising again.
