Beware!!! Personality check!!

People get attracted to each other by something called personality. Personality is a broader term which covers many things, in and out. Why there is attraction? People sees something else in a person which is quite appealing to them. Personality counts in job interviews,love,business etc. Some aspects of personality are pleasing nature, dress code, smiling face, stress tolerance etc. Personality also differs from person to person. Similarly, understanding and appreciation of personality also differs from person to person. My dear myloters, what according to you, is the best form or aspect of personality? How do you weigh other person's personality? Which aspect attracts you most? Can you elaborate?

Since online here we can't see what the person is doing or looks like unless they have a pic..we can only go by what they write..if they have a discussion and its funny or they act funny then i know i'll be able to get long with them fast..if they act mean or arrogant then sorry i'm not ready for someone thinking they are better than me....if a person is young then they should respect their elders and not be mean
