What is the coldest part in Europe?

The coldest part in Europe is Tundra. I have done some research on the internet....and whether that was true or not, I have got that answer from Wiki.answer.com. But the coldest country in the world, wiki.answer.com claims that it was Russia, with an average temperature of -5.5 degree celsius Individual region within the country have a variety of climate zones and temperatures.... hhmmm.....I thought it was Alaska or some countries in Scandinavia....
