Do you like Grisom or Nick? Who do you like better? Grisom is too perfect for me, and Nick is too boastful.

Grissom is my pick. He's a big, geeky guy who sucks at personal interaction, loves being alone and solving the puzzling circumstances he gets at his jobs. He's odd and has odd hobbies, yet he is, as should be expected from someone with his job, knowledgeable in a lot of areas and comes off as being wildly read.
If I ever meet someone like him, I think I'll never get tired of having them tell me the many things they know. I don't think he's all that perfect either. He has a lot of flaws, which help and hinder his character in the show.
Nick, I think is interesting enough, but when compared with Grissom, he loses quite plainly in my opinion.
(this is utter bias talking, as Grissom is my fave character in the series; Greg comes as a close second. There's just something about geeks with odd hobbies and a wide variety of knowledge, heh)

I agree Grissom is too perfect in some ways, and Nick can be way to boastful, but I think they are both very good at what they do,and I think that if I had to choose one or the other,I would pick Grissom because he always knows how to pull his team together,no matter what odds they are against.

My favourite character has to be Greg he is sweet and nerdy and cool and funny. Though in second I like Grisom I like how he is very secure in himself in his knowledge and understanding of people, he is not overly emotional but not cynical either. Nick well is cute and gentle but in all honesty I think ensemble work is what makes the show work the weaknesses of one character tend to be the strengths of another and they balance each other out.
