In my bag

I took a look in my bag today and realized that I have been carrying around a box of Crayola Crayon band aids for the longest. The funny thing is that when I pull one out of my bag it's usually not for emergencies, it's just at the request of one of my little ones. Before I had kids I would've have never had a box of Crayola Crayon band aids in my bag. What's the strangest/funniest thing that you carry around in your bag/pocketbook ... now that you have kids? (I'm always surprised when I reach into my bag and pull out a stray pamper - a clean one, of course:)

i carry a lot of things in my purse for my oldest daughter (6) and now i carry alot of extras for my babies ( 5 months). I can barely ever find my credit cards cash or wallet keys cellphone or anything when i need it because i have so much other junk in there. i always have rub on tatoos in my bag, stickers, kids dvds, wipes, a diaper or two. But then i will find a cap to a baby bottle or half chewed gum in a wrapper. a empty juicebox.lol its so embarassing sometimes opening my purse at the cashier and having all the trash fall out. lol

I know!! I can't stand when I'm at the register/counter and the cashier/associate is stading there waiting for me to find something. I feel like they are staring straight into my bag, and I do get a bit embarrassed. Nowadays, I try to have my cash, etc in my hand before I approach the register - if it's possible.

I used to find stray diapers in my bag all the time when my kids were little. Now I have matchbox cars, hand sanitizer spray, hand sanitizer wipes, and there's always little pieces of candy in the bottom. I do carry band-aids (spiderman) and the most important...a tide stain stick. My husband jokes that I need to carry around a beach bag, not a purse.

I can totally relate to the items in your bag. I have often thought about switching my bag to a tote bag, or something similar, which would probably look a lot like a beach bag. Sometimes I see moms carrying book bags. I don't think I wanna go back to those days. Anyways, I gotta get one of those stain sticks!!
