Have You Tried Pleasing All People?

yep for many years I tried to please everyone, wanted all to be happy and usually jumped and ran for what ever reason they needed, take them here take them there, change my plans so that I could do what they wanted. And in all that time everyone around me was happy except me, it didn't seem to matter what I wanted to do or needed it was all for them and why not I was a push over,lot of times they borrowed something of mine and then said well I like it if I find I don't need it any more will bring it back, I wouldn't say nothing, didn't want to up set the apple cart as they say. Well one day a woman said you have to take care of your self first, stop letting people run over you. So I decided if I called and ask you to go somewhere and you had a better place to go that suited you, on my gas, I might add, then I just said well have a great trip and I went where I wanted to go. If i ask you to go then it was somewhere I rally wanted to go, so either you wanted to go with me or you had some place you would rather go, now I'm not saying that it isn't good to talk about doing things together, I love to call up and ask you want to go here and they suggest some thing different, maybe I hadn't thought of that. I'm talking bout constantly trying to make the ones around you happy while you are making your self merisible. some people have no problem taking advantage of you as long as they can.

That made me think..huh..I guess I haven't tried it yet and I think am not gonna try..Because for me, the saying "you can't please everybody" is simply true..All people have different opinions. Except when they all want to make you happy, some will pretend that they agree with you..There no sense trying to please them all..well, that's just my own opinion..

I would expect that we have all tried to please others at times, although I often wonder why. It is very difficult to please everyone, and it is something that we are certain to fail at, but that does not seem to stop us from trying on occasions.

I did... however, it is one of the hardest things to do in your life because there are many types of people around you and while some of them like each other, some of them won't. So if you make some people happy, for sure some others will not be very happy about this. We shouldn't really consider this as a mission for our life. We don't have to satisfy all the people around us but we could do the best for being happy with them. If you take it like a mission, your life will never be good to you. You will be always trying to make others happy and as you already might now the nature of human kind doesn't get satisfied easily. You will have to do MORE to satisfy them, and then you will have to forget more for yourself and owe them to those people, however even this situation won't be seen by others most of the time. you will still be someone who is easily forgettable if you stay away a little. I don't think the whole society of world is going to a right direction. People are becoming more rude and less caring for each other but I just wish a happy community of people in the world in near future...

Hi, yup. I did when I was at my teenage times. Why i did it? I just want to get my parents attention and love for me. But it's real hard to do that, so I quit doing so and just do whatever I like to.

I believe its not a deed to be tried doing once, but its something meant to be always struggled for, working for others laughter and well-being the fairest deed of man on earth.
