Help!!!My PC just don't respone!!

Will any one help - My sister's PC is not respondong.. It autimacally shutted down and now window is not loading it shuts down over and over

I was playing a game while my sister's computer shutted down automatically and now it's not responding the desktop board information is shown but after that windows doesn't load..what can i do?? Will anyone help please..
