Slugs are eating my plants help!!!

Every time i wake up scheck my yard seeing that one or more leaves are missing of my plants. ( Mostly . cucambers, eggplants, and strawberries) And i found a smal slug on them today. And i found the guilty!!! Do you know any tricks to get rid of them without chemicals. Because i want them organic, Iheard that egg shelves help but do you have any other solutions for them. Thank you

If all else fails, try diatomaceous earth. You have to apply it every time you water or it rains, but it's taken care of them for me.

Diatomaceous earth is a soft rock consisting of fossilized algae remains. This rock crumbles into a fine powder. It is abrasive and is uncomfortable for slugs to cross it. A slug crossing diatomaceous earth can be compared to you walking on razor blades.

Wow cool seeds thank you for this info. Where cani find these rocks . Any garden stores selling it? I live in US , I guess I can easiy find it right?

Have you tried salt. Somewhere I heard that if you spread salt on them they die... don't know if that is true or not.

Hello naty, No i didn't try salt because i never seen them before on my plants. I dont know if it helps to put salt to soil. But i will try . Thank you for your answer. have a great day!!!

Don't use salt. Your plants will not like it. Too much will kill a plant.
