My wife want us to have a job abroad so that we can have enough money to start a business in our own place. Probably 2-3 years, but the only problem is our 8th month old daughter, I told my wife that one of us must stay, so that someone can look after the baby. The baby is under my wife mother care. Can someone give a nice thought about this.

oh I hope one of you stays because she's only a baby..And during the formative years, a parent should be by her side..maybe whoever is accepted or hired first should go and get your dream but I sure hope that your wife stays because a mother is very important to a baby. Not that a father is not as important but then, a mother would know everything when it comes to her child..You and your wife needs to talk this thing out and decide what is really best not only for both of you but for the baby also..
