Well, the tips were good, but the article was way too short. They should have expanded on it more in my opinion.

I guess you could look up more information on this subject on the site if you chose to. I just really thought that it would be good to share, since walking is such a good exercise.

OH it was good tips about walking. Just seemed really short for an article. Maybe it's not supposed to be an article, but just tips. I don't know. But, it was good of you to share it. Walking is a very good form of exercise. We walk and hike as our main forms of exercise.
