My Power Mall Stubborn A** Toolbar

I joined My Power Mall a while back and shortly after opted out because I just wasn't feeling it...just wasn't my cup of tea. Since then i have tried for months to rid the toolbar from my computer - and I can't get rid of it to Save my Life! If anyone can provide me any solutions to this problem and/or is having or has had the same problem the 'My Power Mall' toolbar Please Respond. Thanks!
