What kind do you use? and have you ever swallowed any? (by mistake of course 
)
I use crest pro health and last night I ended up swallowing some.. not all of it but a little. I hate when it happens it's rare but always feels weird.

My dentist recommends Listerine or its generic equivalent. It kills germs and helps prevent plaque. It tastes awful but it's worth it!

Actually, I use the generic that is a lot less strong in taste. It has all the same ingredients in the same amounts as listerine for about 1/3 the price!
It still tastes nasty, though.
