If you encounter troublemakers how will you do? How many ways do you have? How do you think and why?

It's quite a bit hard to deal with them. If I do encounter one, I try my best to tolerate it as much as possible and let that person realize what he/she is doing and ask for a reason why. I always go for the subtle approach but when respect is no longer there and if it's already personal. I deal with it with maximum defense.

Thanks for your sharing and I quite agree with your point of view. Communication first and if it doesn't work then defense will be following!

I usually choose to keep silence as feedback to their
behavior, and at last they give up! Maybe they just want to be attentive!

You're welcome. :) Although it's best to have them realize immediately, I've had more success on the defensive. :D well, I may just be lucky to encounter them.

Set limits and don't alow them to do watever they want which is not good. Trouble makers are attention seekers they always want to be the center of attraction. they have to be controlled.

Thanks for your comment! You surely provided us a useful method to deal with these troublemakers. I once adopt the first choice to avoid them, but it ended in vain. At last I nerved myself and tried to cope with them the same way they treated me and it worked. I think to different people there should be different ways!
