Cool Cake Decorating Website for Cakes etc.

My grandson will be 3 in June. He loves Spongebob and I told him that I would make him a Spongebob cake. Now, I am not a professional by any means, but I can follow instructions pretty good. I found a great website that gives instructions for so many different cakes.
The site gives photos of actual cakes that people have made and the instructions on how they made the cake. There are many categories to choose from including animals, character, animated, and vehicles. Here is a link to the site: http://www.coolest-birthday-cakes.com/index.html

Even with those instructions I know I could never make a cake like some of those. They are amazing. Thank you for the link to that site. My daughter's sister in law makes cakes and she will love this site also. She made a Thomas the Train for her son this year and she used cup cakes for the trains wheels, it was real cute. She also made my daughter and son in laws wedding cake and it was beautiful. Again thank you for the site and I hope your Spongebob cake turns out real good and I know your grandson will love it.

oh thank you so much for sharing this site, i sometimes try to do cakes myself lol lets just say i need to stick to regular frosting and candles lol. i love that it has all kinds of differents cakes, some i wouldve never came up with , again thanks.

What an absolutely cool website! Thank you SO much for sharing the link with us. My grandson is 5 and his passion is trains, construction vehicles, tractors and vehicles. Their pictures and all look like it's going to be a snap to come up with a cake from now on lol. They even have an ambulance one that will be great for my daughter's birthday...she's an emt. Too cool, I think I have everybody's birthday cakes, and holiday cakes, already planned for this year hahaha. Thanks again!

Thanks for this link! I have seen some other cake decorating sites before, but that's one that I haven't come across yet. I just recently started getting into cake decorating, so I'd love to check out that site. My husband just came home from Iraq last month, and I made him a cake that looked like a tank. I actually got the idea from one of those sites where I saw a tank cake that someone else had made. It is really amazing what some people come up with!
