How do I started to learn webpage using ASP

Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0 - Before learning ASP you should have a little background or knowledge about html. This book aim to teach you everything you need to know from scratch. If you already have some knowledge and experience of ASP, or some visual basic programming experience, then you might be more comfortable starting at a faster pace.

After finishing my html studying, the next step I have planned to study was the ASP.When I was in the USA, I did have time to buy a book with a title "Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0" published by Wrox. This is basically cheap that time for only about $ 19.99 compared to online price of $ 39.00. This is a great one to start with since it will teach you from scratch up to advanced ASP programming. Since I was studying web programming by my own only using tutorials and forums in the net, this book also helps me a lot to learn ASP specially ADO codings. Does anybody here can share their resources while learning web pages development? I have started learning php too a couple of weeks already, and seems this is very complicated.

I'm a little bit late with php,but had been completed with asp and asp.net.aspx is the extension of asp.net application.I have done studying visual basic.net 2005,wherein you can done here asp.net web page. asp.net is better compared to asp classic since in asp.net it has already a button for example, image frame, etc all you have to do is to drag it into the page and it is already creating html code for you, data base binding also is easy. Your html background is a big start, keep learning others stuff like asp,asp.net,and php.
