Do you backbite others, and unfortunately enough it was heard??

Well, my friend's bad luck. Early this morning, upon arriving at the office, she strated complaining about the unhappy incidence happened yesterday, and somehow backbited one of the senior boss of a department(name him A), and it was heard by boss of a third department( name him B)!! Then all day, seems crazy, each time we talk about sth ( not only this matter, but also other topics), we'd meet B a few mils ahead, behind or around. Is it just coincidence? Something in her heart that makes trouble, i guess, cause B's office is close to us.
Conclusion is: never backbite others perhaps, at least don't in public
So do you backbite others?

No I don't, if I have something to say I will say it to their face not behind their back. Honesty is the best policy in any situation and this one included. I will not involve myself in work gossip either which is why I am respected by all my collegues as they know I am like this. Ellie :D

Hey, Ellie, yeah, i agree. Sometimes people know this is not good, but~~ they just can't control their mouth, i have to say. Most of time, we are aware of the bad behaviors, but we keep doing~~

no i don't do that of course.,remember the golden rules? if you do., then you might not be doing that to others especially to your friends and loved ones.,that will lead to an arguements or something.,so better keep it to yourself.

No I never do as thats really stupid and being overheard
could just get you fired or anyone else who backbites
and is overheard.bestnot to upset ones boss.

Yeah, Hately, i don't think it's good either, but oftentimes, we just can't help telling each other to share our thoughts on happenings around us. As a kind ot letout perhaps.

Oh,she was too unfortunate.Her boss will antipath her very much,I think.I don't like to backbite others.It's unfriendly and unmoral to others.As colleague,we will meet everyday,so don't say some bad word of sb.It's how-do-you-do.

Yeah, she's unfortunate because of her own behavior, she's learned from it and we make it a deal, never talk others in the public any longer.

Every time I hear the word "backbite," I get tickled! Now wait, hear me out. It reminds me of that episode of Gilligan's Island where they all found some seeds on the island and ate them and then could read each other's minds and it caused them to all get mad at each other because they knew what the others thought of them. They thought ill thoughts of each other. Moral of this story is... don't think ill thoughts of people then you won't have anything bad to say about them. Stay focused on the positive.

Hi, ShadowBrook, people get amused when seeing episode and get moral of movies, stories, whereas, when returning to real life, they'd forget about all of these, that's sad. You're right, we should look from the positive side and keep the ill thought out of our mind

People talk about the other one and are also commented by them.So we are talking and talking everyday.We may say sth good to people sometimes and also bad things .As for the backbiting,it is not my interest.I don`t like that guys.When you work with them,work more and say less.

HI,Jyjnl_jia, yeah, it's better to work more and say less, maybe the best way to get ourselves not involved in the unhappinesses. We have to deal with the relationship well between colleagues, cause we have to cowork.
