Which you like and perfer Laptops or Desktops?

I have used both a desktop and a laptop. I will never buy another desktop computer. The reason for this is with a desktop your confined to your desk, now with a laptop you can sit anywhere you want. i.e. you can sit on the porch, or on the deck. as long as you have a wireless connection. with a desktop your confined to 1 area and probably 1 chair.

I'm used to desktops...Whenever I use the laptop, I get the feeling that I'm not using a computer at all...

I always used desktop computers for years and years. One day 3 months ago my mom brought home a laptop they gave her where she used to work since the company closed and since then I've not touched the desktop. I'm addicted to it and love it. I can now sit comfortable on the sofa and do whatever I need to do online. It's an older model so it's heavy so I want to get a lighter one as I plan to maybe do a lot of traveling in the near future. I don't like that it doesn't have a mouse but I bought a usb mouse so I'm happy.

I had a laptop which I never used. It was good but I had not really used it for anything. I am tied to my desktop which has everything that I need. I do think that I might need a small laptop in order to do demonstrations and stuff like that.

I prefer desktop computers because they are easier to update and the hardware is not so compressed as in laptop computers.Desktop computers have a mouse other than a track pad.Although laptops are lighter and can run on a battery when there is no electricity or when on the move,I do not need all those features as I am not a traveller,so the desktop computers are the best for me.

I prefer desktop although you can always bring your laptop whenever you will go I still prefer desktop. i love upgrading desktop PC's you can add different accessories and i like to set it up like a command station hehehehe.

I prefer laptops since i;m one of those people that travels a lot...it's just annoying sometimes when it shuts off because the battery's empty and you're in the middle of some work :(

It depends on the characteristic of usage. I prefer laptop when I want to work carry out my work to somewhere but I prefer desktop when I want to use more computing power on my work such as the model simulation program.

I prefer laptops and what I now use it a laptop,too.I think that we make the choice according to which field it will be used in and depends on your taste.I choose latop for its convenience.what's more,they are at the same capability.
