Any Tips for Writing a Concert Report?

As part of my violin lessons at school, I have to write a concert report. I'm going to a concert on Wednesday, but I haven't written any reports like this for several years. What types of things should I take notes on? What should I write about?
Any tips would definitely be appreciated!
