When I was in school, we were really lucky to have a english teacher who used to teach a little extra than the normal lessons. All of us use to write down these golden words in a special diary. A few I have introduced here AS GOLDEN WORDS TO FOLLOW:
1. Do not criticize, condemn or complain
2. Give honest and sincere appreciation
3. Be sympathetic with the other persons ideas and desires
4. Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language
5. Don’t compare the person’s behaviour with that of other people
6. Make your complaints vocally not facially
7. Under no condition find fault with the person who has just criticized you.
8. Consistently high performance comes from a balance between work and leisure
9. Be quick to admit mistakes and slow to criticize; above all be constructive
10. Never underestimate the power of enthusiasm
11. Tame your worries and energize your life
12. Leaders never lose their focus. They keep their eyes on the big picture

These are indeed words of wisdom and if people followed them then there might be lesser conflict in the world. I think it is good of you to share these ideas.
