How do you submit an article on Triond?

I have recently joined Triond and I have written an article, but whenever I try to upload it, I get the same problem. You have to select a category and it says 'please select a file', but when I click on the arrow-thingie, there aren't any categories! I don't have a clue of what to do now and it's really frustrating! Any information will help me, so if you are a member of Triond, or if you just happen know some things about it, please respond and help me out! Thanks. :)

I'm glad you brought up this topic. I saw the Triond site and was tempted to submit an article, but it seemed intimidating. The more I know about this site the less intidmidated I will feel. It's good to know tips and tricks before you get started.

i have the same problem so i contacted support and they said "be sure you have already run your content through a spellcheck or had a friend proofread it for you" but i don't understand this because i am not so good at english.

They mean that you have to check your spelling or have someone else check it for you so that you don't have too many mistakes, but I don't see what this has to do with the fact that you're not able to choose a category... Thanks for your response. :)
