weird weather and condition

last month i get sick, i try to figure it out but i think i got thyphoid fever but only half possibility. But until right now i'm still feel no energy, low vision and always exhausted :( My friend said that it because the weather, its very hot outside *duh* Do you have the same condition as me, feel no energy, tired, and so on ?

Yeah, right now i'm feel better. But still itchy in the throat, and about my sickness is sign of thyphoid fever. Many people around me get bad cold, sneezing, cough and so on. I Think the weather right now is very bad.
