FAT is source of energy from food,protein and carbohydrates are the others.FATsupplies nutrients your body can't generate itself. FAT makes eating fun; it gives food taste and texture, and helps you feel full so you know when to stop. But not all fat is good fat.Fat keeps your hair shiny and your skin healthy, it also helps your body absorb vitamin A,D,E, and K. FAT also regulate blood pressure, blood clotting, and inflamation. Can you live without FAT?
