It seems I have something called Stomatitius, so does Solo. I think mom is only planning a special meal, maybe. I know mom doesn't have too much money for anything special. Anyway, Solo doesn't really like toys and mom has catnip. She'll probably put catnip down for us on his birthday.

Aww--it's a shame you can't come...oh, yup, there used to be an orange kitty who had those extra toes..and claws..sure did look funny...my mom named him Footie...not very imaginative, although his original name was Koshka Oh yup--my mom sure does fed me people tuna from time to time..I ONLY like the expensive albacore type...I'm kind of spoiled right?

Leo & Moses here : No my mommy doesn't throw us a party cause she don't know Leo's birthday is. She adopted me (Leo) from the pound. But we do get presents around that time of year she thinks I was born! And usually around the anniversary that we found each other too :) LMAO! You are hilarious. I freaking LOVE this discussion! Humm..our mommy isn't sure yet cause she has to work that day :( But she promises us she will try to! Is the party here? She gives us cat nip and usually some other kind of toy even though she says we really don't need them. We've got good ones in the past like jungle gyms and such too.

Our Mom doesn't let us out of the house, so, we're not allowed, but guess what, June 17th is our Mom's birthday! So, we have to get celebrate hers. We're not surprised you type, we type too, the dumb dogs can't do it, their big old paws are too big and clumsy.

Hi pyewacket You had me going there for a while, when I read that you were turning 7 and how well you were writing, I said this can be a little boy, lol, it had to be the kitty,(hope you don't me calling you that). I just have to tell you, that my Jr, looks so much like you. I'll be sure to bring kitty,Jr, charlie and Peewee to the party. That if you don't mind. Jr just turned 2 years old in February 21. I wished her a happy birthday and gave him tuna for breakfast. Do you happen to like the song "Smelly Cat" (not that your smelly).

If you ever watched FRIENDS with your mom, Phoebe sing it at the coffee shop. I need t take a pic of him so that I put it up. If you don't mind, I can tell Jr. to write to you. right now he outside laying on the grass, His mom is here by my side. what is the novel about? how much of it is your life and inspired by reality? what is it about your life that was interesting that would make an interesting novel? i also wrote a novel...it is fiction but inspired by crazy things and crazy people in society...sociological content... gumby doesnt need a birthday party...he just enjoying running around, whining, sitting in windows, and playing with his scratch boards and scratch posts.

A lot of the story has autobiographical elements to it, so a lot of real life references...but told from a cat's viewpoint.

that is similar to my novel..it tends to be autobiographical too, but told by the main character, which is human but has the name of my late dog.

I still have an old maple in front of my window, its over 100 years old, lots of trees on my street, but they won't let me out anymore, Just because seti, and pearl were stolen, they think somebody will steal me too, but I don't go up to people, I am shy pearl would go to anybody. junior

Hiya Junior Awww sorry to hear no one remembered your birthday...My mom has remembered my birthday...which is now today...but she's kind a low on that green stuff that buys things so can't get me anything special...she's trying to find the cards she printed up herself to put out and display...but hasn't found them yet. We're both very sad too...last night there was a terrible storm..and the one tree in front of our window came crashing down...she's so mad since she blames the tree "experts" that chopped down a lot of big branches for weakening the tree...I'm sad too..now those birds I used to like to watch won't have a tree to perch in..not a very happy birthday for me

Aww--thank you Howard. No don't worry I won't eat too much. Can't vouch for my cousin though..she's a bit of a piggy which is why she has a chubby belly..shhh..don't tell her that or she might get insulted. I sure wish I really could have a birthday cake but my mom says sweets aren't too good for us kitties, especially anything with chocolate..but maybe I could convince her to make a salmon and tuna cake???

Happy Belated Birthday, Pyewacket. I wish I had known or I would of come.

Mom's been really busy offline and had shut the computer down on me again so I couldn't come on here like I wanted to to see if any of my friends were online. She just turned it back on a few days ago and was busy playing catch-up on here so I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I have a catnip mouse around here somewhere you can have for a present. Lil' bro was playing with it last so don't know what he did with it. Whenever mom finds them, she always refills them with more catnip for us. Since my mommy doesn't know any of our b-days, she just picks a day and celebrates it with us by buying us catnip mice for us and bones for big bro.

Me playing with a plastic bottle. - I was bored and found this in the recycle bag. I had a ball chasing it all over the kitchen floor and driving my mommy bananas with the noise.

My mom makes those types of toys for me as well but she just can't get them durable enough for me. They always come apart within a few minutes of playing with them.

My mommy doesn't have to throw papers at me to play with. I rummage in the recycle bag for interesting things to play with. I drive my mom nuts leaving wrappers, milk caps, bottles, and other stuff all over the floors. Here is a pic of me playing with a plastic bottle I fished out last year.

My mom actually makes little catnip toys for me...she just takes old pieces of fabric...sews them up a bit..fills it with "cosmic catnip" and boy do I have fun with those...actually my real favorite toys are the crumpled pieces of paper she throws at me, and pens and pencils...mmmm..now if I could just learn to write with them, but so much easier to type on her keyboard.

I see by that picture you like to drive your mom koko too...hehe..my mom gets annoyed at me or Kissy when we decide to play with the things we find in the place at 3 or 4 in the morning...our FAVORITE time to play...mom's a really party pooper though..she says it makes too much noise..not for her but the neighbors downstairs..so then she takes our toys away....drat! oh, well, what can a kitty do?

I'm not much of a social cat, but I will make an exception in your case, because I know my Mommy thinks a lot of your Mommy, so you must be pretty special, too. I never had a birthday party. I don't even know what my birth date is. Mommy and Daddy got me from the Human society. I think I was about 5 or 6 months old when they picked me. I sure was glad, because I had been there for a long time and I was sure tired of that little cage and all those other noisy cats. (That's why I don't like to be around other cats much now.) Anyway, since I'm about 11 years old now, I don't care too much about celebrating birthdays. I'll take the treats, though. See you soon! Sammy

Yup, I guess that means were both Geminis...my cousin is a Libra, and my mom is a Scorpio...but think our sign is the best, don't you? Purrrrrowllll, Pyewacket! Aren't you the handsome devil! Do you like older kitties?? Mrrrowlll mrrrp! So, you're going to be seven, huh? Well, I was eight in February, so that's not soo much older. But, I'm sure jealous. No - we don't be birthday parties or anything! Well - we do get our favorite cat food every day and a clean litter box and a soft cat bed (it used to be a dog's bed, but I made sure it lost ALL of that smell, really fast). We even have this really neat scratching post that Shady uses. You see, my former owners took me to the bad place and now I can't scratch - they hurt me there because my hip hurts when someone touches it and I scream and hiss, it just hurts so bad. Mom forgets sometimes, but she covers me with whispers and kisses and makes me feel better real soon and gets me purring again. Not to worry, though. It's OK with my feet because I can give really good massages now, and no one says ouch!! Do you need a back rub, Pyewacket??? It won't hurt - I promise! Have a Meowy Happy Birthday, Pye. My mom has a special bed for me to snooze in, but to be honest my favorite bed to sleep in is with my mom...I love keeping her company while she sleeps, and so does my cousin, Kissy. aww I'm sorry to hear that you sometimes have pain like that, but I'm sure your mom treats you good...and I'm sure glad your mom took you away from your former owners...doesn't sound like they were nice at all. Mmmm..a back rub..that does sound good..my mom loves to give me messages and hugs and kisses...sometimes she kisses me too much and hey I'm a boy..that's sissy stuff, so I'll hiss at her..and she just laughs at me and hisses right back at me...can you imagine that? I sometimes think my mom is actually part kitty herself

Oh, we love sleeping with Mom, too. But, this house we're in, the older Mom won't let us stay in the big house. We stay in the under house because we were so lonely at the old house with Mom always being here, she had to bring us to be closer to her. Mom says that some day we'll go back. I can't wait.

Hiya Luna...I do think that was nice of my mommy to send out those coupons for her friends who have kitties...mom's friend is going to be sending a lot more coupons to her next month, so we'll see what we get..She just didn't want to see all those coupons go to waste...shame I didn't care for the Sheba..it looked so yummy too, but wasn't my regular food.. have to admit me and my cousin are so picky...drives our mom nuts..but know she does love us so is always making sure we get good eats

Hi, Pyewacket, it's me Squirt. Is it awful hot at your house too? It's been terrible here, my old mom keeps saying she's suffocating; I don't know for sure what that means but I guess it's like really, really hot. My lovely young mom, Annie likes it hot but even she complained a little bit. I hated it because I love to sleep upstairs sometimes but there's no AC up there and it's, well I guess it's pretty suffocating up there, same with on the back porch, when the AC is on in the kitchen it gets like an oven out there. Hey, I'm pretty smart, aren't I, that I know an oven is hot? That's because I went to put my paws up on the oven door once when Mommy Anne was baking something and she told me I'd better not, that it was hot. That's so neat that you invited us to your birthday party. Of course I'll make mom get you something really cool but do I have to tell Sissy? She's sleeping now so I don't see why she has to come, do you? Of course, it's your birthday and she is a pretty girl so you'll probably want her to come, won't you? Oh, hiya Squirt...oh, my yes, it's terribly hot here..my mom can't take the heat well, and races into the kitchen to dunk her head in cold water..no kidding! And for us she puts chunks of ice cubes in our water making it so nice and cold. I'm glad you listened to your mom and didn't put your paws on the oven cause oh, my that would have hurt! Well I'm hoping both you and Sissy can come to my party...then you can meet my cousin Kissy, but she's a little timid thing..kind of hides when strangers come around..not like me...I love to greet people and other furbabies.
